Magnetise Update - Robert Kelly Appointed to Grow Publisher Division

The Magnetise Group (Magnetise) has appointed Robert Kelly as Publishing Director. Previously Head of Publisher Sales at TradeDoubler, the leading European performance marketing company, Robert brings to the role a wealth of contacts and expertise in acquiring and developing relationships with the online publishing sector.

Starting out in online community development for the IT industry at the Research Group, Robert quickly saw the potential of the internet as a channel for the delivery of business content and opportunities. He then moved to Net Communities Ltd where he managed both advertiser and publisher client bases for the first IT specific online advertising network, followed by a stint at Deal Media Group, developing publisher relationships for the UK’s first affiliate marketing network.

In 2006, Robert joined TradeDoubler, where he was responsible for the creation of the highly successful publishing sales team. Key projects included pioneering the inclusion of viral marketing techniques in affiliate sales and the recruitment of over 150 new publishers to the business. Before joining Magnetise, Robert founded On-e to provide expert website monetisation services to companies including Playphone, and Sedo.
